Return and Refund Policy

At Italian Era, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Return is only applicable if the customer received incorrect size or product, and if the product is damaged.

Items must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

In case of any exchange customer have to pay additional 150-Rs Delivery Charges.

In case of any return, 200 rupees (RTO Charges) will be deducted from the refunded amount of the product.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges if the size doesn’t fit well—just reach out within 3 days of receiving your order.
